About the Recipe

Ingredients
· Green beans (3 OZ/ 85 grams)
· Garlic (one clove)
· Onion (¼ medium)
· Carrots (2 medium)
· Broccoli (1 medium)
· Boiled Peas (1/4 cup)
· Honey (1 tsp)
· Soy sauce (1 tsp)
· Water
· Salt (as per your taste)
· Pepper (as per your taste)
Preparation
STEP 1:
Take a saucepan, add some water and salt to it. Let the water boil on a high flame. Cut green beans into small pieces and add them to the boiling water. Cover it with a lid and let the beans cook while you cut other vegetables.
STEP 2:
Chop one clove of garlic. Take a frying pan, spray it with olive oil, and add garlic into it.
STEP 3:
Now cut the onion into cubes. Take the carrots and cut them into long slices. Mix both vegetables into the frying pan.
STEP 4:
Cut the broccoli. Add broccoli, boiled beans, boiled peas, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix it well and cover the lid.
STEP 5:
After the vegetables cook well, turn off the flame and serve it hot.
