Sesame Beef Served with Veggies

About the Recipe

For a beef lover, this is a Korean beef recipe prepared with ground beef that will be a perfect treat for your loved ones or friends!

Ingredients

· A piece of fresh ground ginger

· ½ cup of coconut aminos

· 1 tsp of flaked red pepper

· 1 tsp of garlic powder

· 1 tsp of onion powder

· 1 kg of ground beef

· 1 ½ tbsp of fish sauce

· 6-7 cups of optional veggies

· 4 cups of white rice

· 1 tbsp. of sesame oil

· 1 diced shallot

Preparation

Step 1:

Cooking the Beef

In a hot pan, drizzle some oil then add the beef. Next, add the garlic powder, ginger, onion powder, red pepper, and shallot in the pan and stir occasionally. Cook until the beef turns brown and crispy. Add the fish sauce and coconut aminos.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

As it cooks, you can start cooking the rice.

Approximately: 7 – 8 minutes to turn brown and crisp

4 – 5 minutes after adding the fish sauce and coconut aminos

Serve hot with rice, an optional sauce, and veggies.
