Low-Fat Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
· 1 lb./ 453 grams mushrooms
· 1 chopped onion
· 3 chopped garlic cloves
· Olive oil
· 1 tbsp soya sauce
· ¼ cup all-purpose flour
· Some dried thyme leaves
· 2 cups vegetable broth
· 1 cup milk
· Salt and pepper
Preparation
STEP 1:
Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Slice half mushrooms and chop the rest of these.
STEP 2:
Add oil in a heated pan and cook onion with ginger. Add mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until it starts turning brown.
STEP 3:
Mix the flour with some water and pour it into the saucepan. Add in vegetable broth now and stir well.
STEP 4:
Once it is thick, reduce the flame and keep mixing. Remove from the stove and add soya sauce. Mix well and serve with some hot garlic bread.
