About the Recipe

Ingredients

· 2 eggs

· ½ cup low-fat milk

· ½ cup water

· 2 tbsp vegetable oil

· ¼ tsp salt

· 1 cup white whole-wheat flour

· 6 oz Greek yogurt

· 6 oz mixed berries

Preparation

Step 1:

Take a clean bowl. Break two raw eggs into the bowl.

Step 2:

Add ½ cup low-fat milk, ½ cup water, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and ¼ tsp salt into the bowl. Then mix it well.

Step 3:

Now, add 1 cup white whole-wheat flour to the mixture and carefully mix until it forms a smooth paste.

Step 4:

Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into a medium pan and fry for 1 to 3 minutes. Flatten them with a palette spoon and ensure both sides turn brown.

Step 5:

Now, take the well-fried crepes from the pan, allow them to cool, then set them on chipboard. Spread a dollop of yogurt onto the top of one crepe and gently place about 6 to 8 pieces of the mixed berries.

Step 6:

Carefully fold the tasty crepes into rolls and serve.
