Red Beans & Tomato Salad

Ingredients

· ½ cup boiled red beans

· ½ chopped tomatoes

· 2 hardboiled eggs

· ½ cup chopped red onion

· Fresh parsley

· Olive oil for dressing

· White vinegar

· Salt and pepper

Preparation

STEP 1:

Cut boiled eggs into slices.

STEP 2:

Combine chopped onion, tomatoes, parsley, and red beans in a bowl.

STEP 3:

For the dressing, add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

STEP 4:

Sprinkle it on the salad and add eggs on top. Your healthy high protein salad is ready.
