If you’re a staunch vegan or a meat lover trying out a vegetarian recipe, this apple salad with toasted pecans and spinach will be your new favorite!

Ingredients
· 3 cups of baby spinach leaves
· 1 recipe Best Balsamic Dressing
· 1 apple
· 3 cups of mixed greens
· 1 ripe pear
· ½ a cup toasted Pecans
Preparation
Step 1:
Preparation
Roast the pecans then prepare the balsamic dressing.
Next, remove the middle section of the pear and apple then dice into slender bits.
Step 2:
Serving
Serve the pecans, apples, and pears on top of the spinach and greens after drizzling the dressing.
Tip: You can sprinkle some cheese for extra dressing
