Ingredients

· 1 tsp of cocoa powder

· ½ tsp of vanilla bean paste

· 180g of Greek yogurt; fat free

· 1 tbsp. of almond butter

· 1 banana

· 150ml of soya milk; unsweetened

· 25g of cooked quinoa
