About the Recipe
An egg is a healthy addition to your diet as it contains protein essential in weight loss.

Ingredients
· ¼ medium red Onion
· Tsp Olive oil
· 1 Garlic
· 3oz/ 85 grams Tomato sauce
· 2oz/ 56 grams Chickpeas
· ¼ Tsp of dried Oregano
· Salt and Black pepper
· ¼ TSP of Red Pepper flakes
· 3oz/ 85 grams Spinach
· 2 Eggs
· ½ TBSP Parmesan cheese
· 1 TSP Parsley
Preparation
STEP 1:
Take a chopping board and dice the onions and garlic.
STEP 2:
Add the olive oil to a non-stick pan and add in the onions. After some time, add the chopped garlic as well.
STEP 3:
Pour in the following ingredients and mix well.
· Tomato sauce
· Chickpeas
· Salt and black pepper
· Dried oregano
· Red pepper flakes
STEP 4:
Put the spinach, cover the lid, and let it cook on medium heat until the spinach leaves are soft.
STEP 5:
Now, add in the eggs. Cover and let it simmer for a few minutes.
STEP 6:
Remove from heat
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and parsley
- Dig in as it's ready to eat.
