Whether you need a powerful boost of energy for your breakfast or you’d like to a homemade supplement for your workouts, then you’ve got to try this one!

Ingredients
· 1-2 tbsps. Salted Carmel sauce (topping)
· Pretzels for garnish
· 150g of Vanilla ice cream
· Whipped cream to top
· 80ml of Milk
Whipped cream:
· 2 tbsps. of powdered sugar
· 80ml cold and heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1:
Preparing the Whipped Cream
Whip the cream and powdered sugar. Add to a piping bag.
Step 2:
Blending
Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.
Step 3:
Serving
Top with the caramel sauce, pretzel, and then the whipped cream.
