About the Recipe
Need a week’s worth of serving for breakfast? This succulent banana bread is packed with lots of energy and variations of flavors & textures from the bananas and blueberry.

Ingredients
· 1 ⅓ cups of bananas - Mashed
· 1 tsp of baking soda
· ¼ cup of sugar
· 2 cups of flour
· ½ tsp of salt
· ½ cup of butter
· ½ cup of brown sugar
· ½ tsp of cinnamon
· 2 eggs
· 1 tsp of vanilla essence
· Blueberries (as many as you want)
Preparation
Step 1:
Mixing the Ingredients
Whisk the cinnamon, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and floor. As you do this, preheat the oven 340 °F.
Next, mix the butter and sugar then add the vanilla and eggs after a furry texture. Finish up with the bananas and remaining ingredients then mix thoroughly.
Step 2:
Baking
Take a loaf pan then grease and dust. Alternatively spread a baking sheet then fold in the consistency adding your blueberries evenly. Bake for an hour.
Step 3:
Serving
Let it sit for 7 minutes before cooling on a rack.
