Ingredients

· 2 medium-sized ripe bananas

· 2 eggs

· 1 cup low-fat milk

· 1 cup old-fashioned oats

· Pinch of salt

· ¼ tsp cinnamon

· 1 tbsp honey

· ½ cup raspberries

Preparation

Step 1:

Take a clean bowl. Peel and cut the bananas in half. Mash the banana using a fork.

Step 2:

Add two raw eggs into the mixture and then mix it well.

Step 3:

Now, add 1 cup low-fat milk and 1 cup old-fashioned oats into the banana and egg mixture. Before mixing, add salt, cinnamon, and honey to it. Now mix it well.

Step 4:

Add ½ cup raspberries to the mixture and carefully mix them.

Step 5:

Transfer mixture into a pan and place in an oven set at 350ᵒF for 35-40 minutes.

Step 6:

Take the well-baked banana raspberry oatmeal from the oven and enjoy your tasty and nutritious meal.
